For eligible distance purchases, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
THYLY also offers a commercial return policy of up to 30 days when the conditions on our Returns page are met. This commercial period does not reduce your statutory rights.
How to exercise your right
Before the deadline expires, send a clear statement expressing your wish to withdraw to contact@thyly.fr. Include your name, order number, the product or products concerned and the date of receipt.

Returning the product
After informing us of your withdrawal, the return address applicable to your order will be provided by email. Do not send any parcel without prior instructions from THYLY. You must return the goods no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.
Unless the product is defective or non-conforming, there was an order preparation error, or THYLY expressly agrees to cover the cost, the direct return costs are your responsibility.
Refund
Where the right of withdrawal applies, amounts legally due are refunded within 14 days after you communicate your decision to withdraw. THYLY may defer the refund until the goods are recovered or until proof of dispatch is received, whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless otherwise agreed. The original standard delivery charges are refunded where required by law; any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery is not refunded.
